I am a photographer, author, musician, and a few other things. I am in 9th grade, and I am 14 years old. The instruments I play are flute, piano, recorder, clarinet, and I am beginning the violin. An instrument I want to play is the Cello. I like classical music, and my youtube account is a musician account. I am also a BIG bookworm. If you have noticed with some of my newer pictures, they have kind of a teal tint to them. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 and what you can do to your pictures to give it that effect is you can click the "Quick" button, after you import your picture to Photoshop, and darken the highlights and raise the contrast. If you already have a dark picture, skip to the next step, but if you want you can just raise the contrast After that, you lower the saturation level so it is a black-and-white picture. Then, you click the button that says "Full" and it will take you back to the main page. Then, you go into the effects (and make sure you are seeing all of the effects, otherwise you won't find it) and you will scroll down and see and effect called "Color Burn". Double-click it, and it will ask you to make the picture a layer. Select "yes" and it will darken the picture. The you scroll all the way down and you will see a sample picture with a bluish effect. You then double-click it and it finishes your picture with the teal tint effect. If you just want it black-and-white, then leave out the teal effect. (P.S: Don't forget to type your signature on it!!!!) Also, If you wanted to buy a print of one of my photos, I also offer it in a tint of red, gray scale (B&W), green, purple, and Sepia. If you would like a color other than blue, send me a note and I will post the picture in your desired color. (Note: I only offer this to the pictures that have the color distortion which is all blue.) |
